This position is responsible for daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of construction projects and personnel spread across multiple projects and geographic areas.  High levels of organizational and communications skills required. 

 Typical Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Mental and physical demands include ability to read blueprints, interpret job specifications, schedule work, manage workers and subcontractors, quality control and safety.
  • Create and maintain standard project procedures to effectively transition projects from estimating to construction phase. 
  • Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting of material deliveries and the management of material and document submittals/approvals.
  • Monitor administrative activities for the project including contract terms, subcontract agreements
  • Coordinate, manage, supervise & direct required personnel
  • Coordinate production status with the Estimator & Project Accountant. 
  • Procure material. 
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Enforce the Employee Policy, Procedure Manual and Safety Manual. 
  • Maintain integrity & leadership with team.

 5 years relevant experience in construction management, scheduling and excellent safety record required. 

All candidates must have a valid driver license and pass drug screening and criminal background checks.  All newly hired employees are verified through E-Verify to determine their eligibility to work in the United States.  Company vehicle, health insurance, paid vacation, matching 401K.  Must pass drug screening.
